Idiom 900 Series Nebbiolo

A rich and noble red. This expression of Nebbiolo, from low yielding Stellenbosch vineyards, has a typical garnet colour, a ripe bouquet of red fruits and roses. Flavours of blood orange and brambleberry intermingle on the palate with hints of tar, musk and bay leaf. The silky tannins indicate a wine that will reward cellaring. Pair with ribeye steak, roast turkey sausage, and duck or with umami flavours of sushi for a wow experience.
